What is Magnesium Burn Rate? FACEBOOK LIVE with Morley Robins Patrick Sullivan, Jr., CEO of Jigsaw Health
One evening last week, I began to feel my legs get a bit restless... my calves felt a bit tight. This has always been a telltale sign that my body is running low on Magnesium. I had been taking my standard dose of MagSRT, MagSoothe, and MagPure Brain Boost every day… So why was I running low now?
Then I recalled something important that I learned years ago from Morley Robbins, (aka. “Magnesium Man, creator of the Root Cause Protocol, and member of Jigsaw’s Scientific Advisory Board) -- As stress increases, so does the body’s “Magnesium Burn Rate.” Meaning, the more you stress, the more magnesium you “burn,” and the more deficient your body becomes. We know by now that magnesium deficiency can cause a lot of problems in the body, and it’s something to watch out for.
For me, the solution was applying some Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion to my legs each night, as well as upping my overall Magnesium dosage.
A few days later (feeling much better), I was recording a podcast with Kitty Martone, aka. The Healthy Gut Girl. I recounted my story to her, and she gasped -- “This same thing happened to me earlier this week! I was starting to wonder if my Jigsaw Magnesium was no longer working for me?”
