Seems effective. No issues.
MagSRT® by Jigsaw Health utilizes Albion’s premier patented Dimagnesium Malate combined with B vitamin co-factors: B6, B9 and B12 to enhance absorption. MagSRT® gently releases 500mg (per serving) of magnesium slowly into your body over 8 hours maximize absorption and avoid digestive discomfort.
The "SRT" in Jigsaw MagSRT® stands for Sustained Release Technology, often referred to as "time-release", and it's the major difference that gives this product its superior effectiveness.
Instead of the magnesium supplement being dumped into your system all at once, SRT slows down the release of magnesium so it's spread out over 8 hours, which allows your body to absorb the maximum it needs to start feeling your best... avoiding the dreaded digestive discomfort that high doses most high potency magnesium supplements can cause.*
Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF, or folate) is an active form of Vitamin B-9, folic acid. For many people, it is difficult to convert folic acid into folate.
Folate is an important co-factor to P5P and beneficial to many bodily functions. Together, these greatly improve Magnesium’s function to support optimal health.
P5P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), the active form of Vitamin B6, performs over 30 critical enzymatic reactions in the body, including the manufacture of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. The inactive forms of B6 (pyridoxine hydro-chloride, pyridoxal, or pyridoxamine) have to be converted by the liver to the active form (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate or P5P) the body needs. Individuals with compromised liver function have difficulty making this conversion and consequently may be at risk of a vitamin B6 deficiency.
P5P works synergistically with Magnesium in many ways. A deficiency in either causes many issues where the body depends on both Mg and P5P. It is critical to get both.
Since Vitamin B6 is already difficult to get and convert into its usable form, we give it to you already in its active P5P form. All the benefits are available immediately after absorption - no trouble converting or waiting.
Methylcobalamin, the active form of Vitamin B12, is included as a supporting B vitamin to contribute to the effectiveness of Magnesium.
Additionally, methylcobalamin is a necessary cofactor for your body's ability to properly methylate. Methylation is a cycle that occurs in your body billions of times every second. It's one of the most important biochemical processes for long-term health and essential for the proper function of almost all of your body's systems.
Using the active form of B12 is particularly important because people with chronic conditions are poor methylators -- making it difficult to convert inactive forms into their useful active form.
Yes. A number of customers requested the ability to supplement their B-vitamins separately, so we created Jigsaw MagSRT® (B-Free).
MagSRT® by Jigsaw Health was evaluated in the Scottsdale Magnesium Study (SMS), a placebo-controlled, human clinical trial of 91 participants. The study measured Serum Magnesium, Red Blood Cell (RBC) Magnesium, and Magnesium Deficiency symptoms. The results are published in the peer-reviewed Journal of American College of Nutrition (JACN).
"love this product for leg cramps and in general because probably most of us are deficient in good magnesium. This brand is highly recommended by Dr. Blaylock who knows the value of nutrients to maintain health!" -Ruth Wilson
"Great feeling much better, leg cramps have disappeared at night!" -Stormlyn
"The fact that this is a time-released magnesium made all of the difference in dealing with side effects. Mainly, I take magnesium for leg and foot cramps. I have been on Jigsaw Magnesium for more than a month now and have not suffered with cramps. I take the normal dosage. This is the best and most effective magnesium that I have found." -L. Brock
"I've been taking this magnesium supplement since I was a few months pregnant and it's changed my life. I sleep better, I feel better, my digestion works better, and I'm probably the only pregnant woman I know that didn't have leg cramps or back pain her entire pregnancy. I recommended it to a pregnant co-worker of mine and she told me her midnight battle with charlie horses disappeared that same night. I tell everyone I know about this product. Try it, you won't regret it." -Sarah Murphy
"I experienced immediate results. Within the first couple of days I noticed decrease muscle tension, more energy, and a decrease in anxious feelings." -Anonymous
Magnesium deficiency is running rampant among Americans. Many experts estimate that 80% of Americans are magnesium deficient. And, a major contributing factor is the presence of excess calcium in the body mainly coming from the extreme ratio difference in common foods such as: fortified orange juice (27:1), cheese (26:1), yogurt (11:1), dairy (7:1) and the very commonly used antacids (300:1). Other common contributing factors include:
It’s critical to get high enough doses of magnesium to compensate for the fact that our typical diet runs low on this vital mineral.*

The RDI for magnesium is 400mg per day, so everyone should at least get that much.
Jigsaw Health's recommended dose is a little higher at 500mg a day (or more, as bowel tolerance allows). This is because many people have been running low on magnesium for years and need more than the "minimum" to replenish their magnesium stores.
Some experts in the field — such as Dr. Russell Blaylock — recommend 1000mg a day as the optimal dose to relieve the effects that can be connected to magnesium-deprived diets.*
Although there are thousands of cheaper magnesium supplements available, the simple truth is that you CANNOT replenish your body's magnesium stores with a cheap magnesium supplement.
Why? Because you cannot take high doses of a regular magnesium supplement without it causing a very uncomfortable laxative effect—your body's way of discarding high levels of magnesium that it is unable to absorb all at once. And the low doses you're restricted to simply won't deliver results.
So, yes other magnesium supplements cost less, but that doesn't matter much when the ONLY thing they will deliver — at high enough doses — is an extreme laxative effect.
Our SRT technology successfully addresses this issue by SLOWLY releasing a higher amount of magnesium, pacing it out over 6 to 8 hours—a rate at which your body can properly absorb and utilize the mineral. Your body gets the magnesium it craves, without any digestive drama.*
No. The Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) is the minimum amount required to avoid a deficiency — not necessarily the maximum amount required for optimal health.
Most magnesium supplements cannot meet, let alone exceed, the 400mg RDI for magnesium because they will often produce an unwanted laxative effect (aka - diarrhea) at that level.
Comparatively, four easy-to-swallow tablets of Jigsaw MagSRT® high-potency magnesium supplement delivers 500mg of magnesium each day, exceeding the RDI by 25% to effectively achieve healthy magnesium levels— without uncomfortable digestive issues.*
Many of our customers see a difference in the very first week of using Jigsaw MagSRT®, because an absorbable, high dose supplement starts to replenish magnesium stores right away.*
While most of our customers report that 500mg a day works wonders for their health goals, many others take 1,000mg a day (as bowel tolerance allows) in order to follow Dr. Blaylock's recommendation, and to gain the maximum number of benefits that magnesium provides when your body has an ample supply.*
Active Ingredients: Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Folate (as Quatrefolic® 5MTHF), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Malic Acid (as dimagnesium malate).

Suggested Use: As dietary supplement, take 4 tablets per day with food. Divide doses if desired, or as directed by your health care provider.
Please Note: If you are currently being treated for kidney disease, please consult your healthcare professional before taking any magnesium supplement as magnesium toxicity can occur in those with kidney disease.
