Firefly Organic Coffee & Market in Scottsdale is a different kind of coffee shop… one that actually cares about putting clean ingredients in your cup, and putting your tush in a comfy seat. ☕✨

Drinks are handcrafted by smiling baristas on the legendary “Queen Bean” — our La Marzocco espresso machine (aka “the Ferrari of espresso”). Our default milk is organic whole, but we also carry clean alt milks: organic oat, almond, and coconut. And we make cashew milk (sprouted organic cashews from Lark Ellen + water + nothing else) fresh to order.

Our organic, mold-free beans are shade-grown at high elevation on a small family farm in Honduras. After harvest, they’re washed and cleaned using a proprietary 10-step filtration process, then roasted to a smooth, never-bitter medium. Tasting notes: milk chocolate, honey, and stone fruit.

HOUSE SPECIAL: The Firefly Glow Latte — Hot or iced, it’s double espresso with honey, vanilla, cinnamon, a touch of sea salt & Jigsaw Collagen Boost™ for 8g of protein. Not too sweet. Just packed with FLAVOR. (You’re gonna freak out when you taste it.)

We offer all the classics — latte, cappuccino, cortado, americano, cold brew — along with spicy chai, ceremonial-grade matcha, and herbal teas. Feeling dehydrated? Try the Jigsaw Electrolyte Refresher. YUM!

We’re proudly a seed-oil free establishment, and our delicious grab & go meals (chicken salad, egg salad, steak wraps, etc.) are made fresh for us by Amelia’s in Scottsdale.

And we saved the best for last: our signature Organic Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls from Ethel Lane Bakery in Fountain Hills. These should honestly be illegal. Thank goodness they’re not.
