Day-to-day, we sometimes endure small amounts of stress. It might feel okay, because we're handling it and not feeling totally overwhelmed, but it adds up. In fact, when your plate gets too overloaded with that sneaky, low-grade stress, you can eventually topple over.
We wanted to learn more about the effects of low-grade stress on the body, and what to do about it. And we thought our community might be interested too. So we sat down for a Facebook LIVE with someone who knows a LOT about what stress does to our bodies. Kitty Martone, "The Healthy Gut Girl," Gave us some incredible insights on sneaky, chronic stress.
She laid out the most common triggers -- environment, trauma, and even technology -- and told us her favorite tools in her toolbox to combat it. She even did an Instagram LIVE review and giveaway of her favorite products for fighting the effects of stress.
