What Does "Activated" Mean And Why Is It So Important?

I purchased this product primarily to increase my energy and mental alertness while maintaining an adequate level of B12. I purchased this product because I was only interested in obtaining a balanced blend of the activated forms of the B vitamins with time release. I take only 1 tablet a day, either in the AM after breakfast, or the PM after lunch. I decide what time based on how I feel or anticipate the day. I have noticed that I have more energy when I take the vitamins than when I do not, and that energy level stays with me for at least 6 hours. My increase in energy level is not dramatic and I was not expecting it to be. But there is a noticeable difference in both my energy level and mental alertness. This will be a staple supplement for me and I highly recommend it not only for its energy and mental alertness effects, but the assurance that you are getting an adequate amount of a balanced blend of the activated forms of the B vitamins, especially the B12. Truly a quality product."

Pros: Real Energy! All over, All day, Energy. This puts a bounce in your step without a racing heartbeat or dry mouth. Cons: Noticed some constipation duting first week but was combined with NeuroBundle and cannot identify the exact cause.
