After years of taking Citric Mag. which is good but not the best, caused problems if you take too much! But with me I noticed that even after cutting down the amount (which I didn't like doing because then I don't get the full effect), it still caused me not to be able to 'hold' my bowels. So, I read a health magazine and found out that Malate Mag is the best to take. Around the same time I received information about your company and your Mag. product with the time-release addition. Boy, all I can say is that it works for me and I haven't had any side issues with it. It helps me to stay calmer, as well, without the eye twitch when under stress. Well, it's difficult to tell if magnesium is "doing the trick" for you if you take it without already having some sort of health issue. However, I'm one of those who would rather be safe than sorry when it comes to his health. I began studying health matters 30 years ago (as a young teenager) and by now I've no doubts at all that magnesium is important. In fact, I believe that it's a magnesium deficiency that accounts for many health conditions.
I like how easy this supplement is to take. I also like the abundance for such a relatively low price. I really love how this form of magnesium is chemically bundled up with B-12. I can readily feel the difference there!

I had been taking just magnesium malate by along with separate cofactor supplements for about 3 months. When I realized I could combine a couple of things I was taking with the magnesium just by taking this product I tried it...and it works! Acutally, I believe it worked better taking them in one tablet them separately. It has been about 2 weeks, and although I still suppliment with vit b6 and plain magnesium malate along with the Jigsaw Mag with srt, I do realize a noticable difference from adding the Jigsaw. Had some issues at four pills a day so I reduced to two and doing well. I think it may have to do with the added vitamins. Wish you could purchase just the magnesium alone.
I apologize you experienced issues when taking the full recommended dose of 4 tablets a day. Sometimes, it's better to start at a low dose then slowly build your way up to the full recommended amount. This allows your body to get use to the magnesium a little slower and has been a good method for others who experienced issues.

This is a great product! I have seizures and my neurologist told me that I need to get my mag level up to 2.7. I tried several pills from vitamin cottage with no success (except loose stools was very successful ). I've even tried soaking my feet in magnesium, which was supposed to be the BEST way to increase your mag level quickly. It did increase a little but not a lot. Then I heard about this and thought I would try it. Well, it works great! My magnesium level was 2.0 and after a month of using this, my level went up to 2.3.
