"I experienced immediate results. Within the first couple of days I noticed decrease muscle tension, more energy, and a decrease in anxious feelings."
The "SRT" in Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT® stands for Sustained Release Technology, often referred to as "time-release", and it's the major difference that gives this product its superior effectiveness.
Instead of the magnesium being dumped into your system all at once, SRT slows down the release of magnesium so it's spread out over 8 hours, which allows your body to absorb the maximum it needs to start feeling your best... avoiding the dreaded digestive discomfort that high doses of most magnesium supplements can cause.*
Magnesium deficiency is running rampant among Americans. Many experts estimate that 80% of Americans are magnesium deficient. And, a major contributing factor is the presence of excess calcium in the body mainly coming from the extreme ratio difference in common foods such as: fortified orange juice (27:1), cheese (26:1), yogurt (11:1), dairy (7:1) and the very commonly used antacids (300:1). Other common contributing factors include:
It’s critical to get high enough doses of magnesium to compensate for the fact that our typical diet runs low on this vital mineral.*

The RDI for magnesium is 400mg per day, so everyone should at least get that much.
Jigsaw Health's recommended dose is a little higher at 500mg a day (or more, as bowel tolerance allows). This is because many people have been running low on magnesium for years and need more than the "minimum" to replenish their magnesium stores.
Some experts in the field — such as Dr. Russell Blaylock — recommend 1000mg a day as the optimal dose to relieve the effects that can be connected to magnesium-deprived diets.*
Although there are thousands of cheaper magnesium supplements available, the simple truth is that you CANNOT replenish your body's magnesium stores with a cheap magnesium supplement.
Why? Because you cannot take high doses of a regular magnesium supplement without it causing a very uncomfortable laxative effect—your body's way of discarding high levels of magnesium that it is unable to absorb all at once. And the low doses you're restricted to simply won't deliver results.
So, yes other magnesium supplements cost less, but that doesn't matter much when the ONLY thing they will deliver — at high enough doses — is an extreme laxative effect.
Our SRT technology successfully addresses this issue by SLOWLY releasing a higher amount of magnesium, pacing it out over 6 to 8 hours—a rate at which your body can properly absorb and utilize the mineral. Your body gets the magnesium it's craving, without any digestive drama.*
No. The Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) is the minimum amount required to avoid a deficiency — not necessarily the maximum amount required for optimal health.
Most magnesium supplements cannot meet, let alone exceed, the 400mg RDI for magnesium because they will often produce an unwanted laxative effect (aka - diarrhea) at that level.
Comparatively, four easy-to-swallow tablets of Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT® delivers 500mg of magnesium each day, exceeding the RDI by 25% to effectively achieve healthy magnesium levels— without uncomfortable digestive issues.*
Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF, or folate) is an active form of Vitamin B-9, folic acid. For many people, it is difficult to convert folic acid into folate.
Folate is an important co-factor to P5P and beneficial to many bodily functions. Together, these greatly improve Magnesium’s function to support optimal health.
P5P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), the active form of Vitamin B6, performs over 30 critical enzymatic reactions in the body, including the manufacture of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. The inactive forms of B6 (pyridoxine hydro-chloride, pyridoxal, or pyridoxamine) have to be converted by the liver to the active form (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate or P5P) the body needs. Individuals with compromised liver function have difficulty making this conversion and consequently may be at risk of a vitamin B6 deficiency.
P5P works synergistically with Magnesium in many ways. A deficiency in either causes many issues where the body depends on both Mg and P5P. It is critical to get both.
Since Vitamin B6 is already difficult to get and convert into its usable form, we give it to you already in its active P5P form. All the benefits are available immediately after absorption - no trouble converting or waiting.
Methylcobalamin, the active form of Vitamin B12, is included as a supporting B vitamin to contribute to the effectiveness of Magnesium.
Additionally, methylcobalamin is a necessary cofactor for your body's ability to properly methylate. Methylation is a cycle that occurs in your body billions of times every second. It's one of the most important biochemical processes for long-term health and essential for the proper function of almost all of your body's systems.
Using the active form of B12 is particularly important because people with chronic conditions are poor methylators -- making it difficult to convert inactive forms into their useful active form.
Yes. A number of customers requested the ability to supplement their B-vitamins separately, so we created Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT® (B-Free).
Many of our customers see a difference in the very first week of using Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT®, because an absorbable, high dose supplement starts to replenish magnesium stores right away.*
While most of our customers report that 500mg a day works wonders for their health goals, many others take 1,000mg a day (as bowel tolerance allows) in order to follow Dr. Blaylock's recommendation, and to gain the maximum number of benefits that magnesium provides when your body has an ample supply.*
Have had toe and foot cramps since I was young. A doctor early on said it was because I was put on toe shoes at an early age...too early. Now in later years sometime I get leg cramps as well. My MD suggested I get time released Magnesium so I tried one non-TR and then turned to Jigsaw's TR Magnesium. It works the best and I'm sticking with it. It works for me for sure! Penny Di on 5th Oct 2017
I am confident, using Mag SRT, that my family is taking high quality magnesium. I'm sure it helped relieve my leg cramps, at night. I would recommend this product. GAFarmGirl on 28th Sep 2017
I think this is the best magnesium I have ever tried. Since I also take Jigsaw Activated B I decided to try the Mag without the B vitamins. Both are great but without the Bs is best for me. I weigh only 90 lbs and the Activated B is enough. I am so grateful I found Jigsaw! Unknown on 6th Sep 2017
the GREATEST OF ALL TIME!! magnesium supplement. Ike on 28th Aug 2017
I started with the electrolyte drink and loved it. As I learned more about the keto lifestyle I realized how important taking magnesium was for muscle cramps, weight loss and regularity issues. Jigsaw was my first choice, plus I love the added B vitamins. Amy on 23rd Aug 2017
I have had constipation problems all my life until finding this medication. I have been using it for several years and have solved all of my problems. Eileen W on 19th Aug 2017
I have leg cramps at night that make me jump out of bed, so I decided quite sometime ago to invest in MAG W/SRT. I knew I didn't take any magnesium supplements, and researched until I was satisfied with purchasing their product. I feel that the supplement has really helped with my leg cramps and I also feel that I'm doing my overall health a favor by taking this regularly. I have had NO stomach distress from this either, as it is a slow release magnesium, which is a big plus! Betty on 27th Jul 2017
I follow a ketogenic diet which requires (for me) magnesium supplementation. I tried two others, but Jigsaw's Mag w/SRT is the only one that effectively prevents cramps and muscle tightness in lower legs/shin/ankle/feet. I like it. Rick on 29th Jun 2017
I have found this product to contain an excellent form of magnesium which (unlike some other forms) does not give me a problem with diarrhea. I take four tablets per day, before bedtime, and I sleep soundly. On days when I forget my magnesium (if I'm travelling, for instance) I often get foot or leg cramps at night. This doesn't happen when I take the the Jigsaw Mag w/ SRT product. I was so impressed the first time I used it that I then ordered a whole year's worth. I am now on my second year of using it. It also contains a few co-factors needed for proper use of the magnesium. Karen on 23rd Jun 2017
Jigsaw is a must have in our practice, it provides a great balance of magnesium and the sustained time release is a big plus. This is a unique, one of a kind product that our patients use to regulate deficiencies in a natural way with no dyes, or dangerous artificial materials. Unknown on 19th Jun 2017
