What's New In This Formula?
We've made several exciting improvements to our popular Jigsaw Complete! These changes were made to reflect current research and recommendations from leading health experts. And to provide you with the very best (and most, well... complete) daily program possible! So, without further delay... here is the quick, yet complete, list of changes!
- Added 5000 IU's of Vitamin D3 – Recent studies are showing that Vitamin D deficiency is pervasive in our society, one reason being the overuse of sunscreen, which blocks the body's production of Vitamin D. Experts are pushing for the RDI to be raised substantially as the evidence builds for the vitamin's protective health benefits. Vitamin D3 has been shown to lower the risk of colon, breast, and prostate cancers, and promotes heart and bone health. Added to the Omega-3 Fish Oil since Vitamin D3 is best absorbed in oil form.
- Added 2 tablets of our popular Vitamin C w/SRT® – Containing 2000mg of this critical daily essential and 200mg of L-Lysine for greater heart, immune, and collagen support.
- Increased the EPA to 900mg, and DHA to 600mg in the Omega-3 Fish Oil. (Molecularly-distilled as always from sardines and anchovies native to the cold, ocean waters of Peru.)
- Added 50 mg of benfotiamine – An advanced form of thiamin (B-1) that is showing great promise in supporting glucose metabolism, inflammation reduction and glycation breakdown in various neurological, metabolic and immune conditions.
- Added Sesame Lignans and Olive Oil Extract to the Omega-3 Fish Oil in order to enhance the anti-inflammatory properties even more, as well as a hint of lemon oil to help avoid the rebound that's so common with fish oil.
- Removed much of the Folic Acid – Leaving only 25% of the RDI to allow for more caution in not getting too much of this important, but easily over-done nutrient.
- Reduced the calcium content by half – From 100% to 50% of the RDI due to the fact that many people can actually get far more than the RDI from diet, fortified foods and other supplemental sources each day. And getting too much calcium can be detrimental. (However, if you wish to add more based on your specific needs, the calcium is also available in bottles.)
- Increased the doses of important antioxidants — Alpha Lipoic Acid, Quercitin, Acai Berry, Grape Seed, Green Tea, Pomegranate, and Cranberry extracts.
- Removed Hesperdin and Tumeric extracts due to the fact that these can cause allergies for some people, and/or interact with certain medications.

Pros: Gives you what you need. Cons: Verify the amount of Mg your body can handle. "This product is truly incredible. Gives me exactly what my body needs! However, if you are like me, and not all of you will be, you will probably need to do some trial and error with the magnesium supplement. I was taking the doses in the packet (2 tablets in the AM and 2 in the PM), but was experiencing...loose stools. Yuck, I know. I know the SRT product is meant to eliminate the loose stools associated with other magnesium supplements, but all of our bodies aren't built the same. So, if you are experiencing these same problems, try cutting back on the amount of magnesium and this may alleviate the symptoms. Here's to your health!"

"I had trouble with insomnia for about 2 years. Tried every OTC there is w/o relief. I eventually got a prescription for Ambien which worked very well for me without any side effects; however, I wanted to take something more natural. A friend suggested I try vitamins - quality vitamins. After doing some research I decided to try the Jigsaw Daily Packets. Within approx. 3 weeks my energy levels increased noticeably and my insomnia is virtually non-existent. Who would've thought?!!! I then tried a cheaper brand combo pack and didn't receive the same benefits. The packets are a bit pricey but I feel like they are an investment in my health. They have improved the quality of my life in view of the fact that going w/o sleep leaves you feeling awful. Plus, I've gotten the added bonus of feeling more energized!

Pros: Everything you need in 1 package Cons: None "I heard about this product on the radio and thought it would be worth a try. I have been using this product for approximately 6 weeks. Pros: I Grab an A.M. as I go out the door and keep one in my purse in case I forget. I take it driving down the road! Cons: Fish pill take awhile to get used to. Most people have this problem though. "It's nice to finally take a product that does what it says. Having had allergies, IBS and thyroid most of my life, it's been very challenging as most doctors and family think it's all in your head. I live in a medical community with some of the greatest doctors, but no one has been able to make that much of a difference without loads of Rx copays that usually create some other problems. Since I don't have a mysterious illness and I'm not dying of cancer, I'm not worth their time. I have spent 10 years searching for a cure. After having children it seems my chronic fatigue as gotten worse. Thank Pat for pioneering a way to help us be able to live a decent life with some sort of self-respect and assisting me so I can be there for my two precious girls!"
