Eat raw sprouted organic nuts and seeds—easy to digest, better tasting and better for you!
Unlike raw nuts and seeds, Sprouted Organic Nuts & Seeds are:
Traditionally hand processed
- We take premium organic nuts and seeds then hand sort, soak, rinse and slowly dry at temperatures that do not exceed 108 degrees Fahrenheit. This begin the sprouting process and protects vital enzymes and nutrients .
- This traditional process makes nutrients more readily available and increases vitamin and mineral content.
- Neutralizes enzyme inhibitors which allow the body’s natural enzymes to assist with digestion—raw nuts contain enzyme inhibitors which block enzymes, making the nuts more difficult to digest.
Easier to digest
- Foods high in live enzymes require less of our own digestive enzymes, helping us to conserve enzyme energy and increase bio-availability of nutrients.
- Our rinsing process removes the naturally occurring bitter-tasting phytates, which have been shown to inhibit digestion.
- Easy-to-digest sprouted nuts and seeds are preferred by raw foodists, those with low hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) levels, and those with gall bladder problems.
Packed with LOTS flavor and crunch
- Our proprietary four-fold, four day, quality control process yields an extremely high-quality, fresh, sweet and crisp product. Our nuts are both healthier, and better tasting, than conventional raw or roasted nuts and seeds.
Nutritious
- Check out the nutritional content for each nut.
- The abundance of live enzymes found in sprouted nuts and seeds increase the bio-availability of their nutrients.
- Sprouting neutralizes phytic acid to increase absorption of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and zinc—eating raw nuts and seeds with phytic acid can actually rob your body of necessary nutrients.
- Great sources of many of the essential, heart-healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids your body needs but cannot make on its own.
