MagSRT increased magnesium in the red blood cells by 30% after 90 days, and it also reduced magnesium deficiency symptoms by 63% after 90 days. Finally, MagSRT was well tolerated, as 91% of participants were able to take 500mg a day without reporting any digestive discomfort commonly caused by ordinary magnesium supplements.
