I tried this product because I was having severe leg cramps and everything else I tried didn't work at all. I used this product for 2 days and they were gone, completely!! I'm used to dehydrated kids because let's face it, it's much more fun to play than drink water! This electrolyte tastes AMAZING and has the family running back for more.
