"My doctor stropnly suggested I begin taking Magnesium for all the reasons magnedium is good for the body. He explained all the different types of magnesium on store shelves and ones you order through the pharmacist. But he also explained the side effect these products have - the laxative effect. Magnesium SRT is not cut with a laxative but attaches itself to aluminum in your system. My overall health is better since I have been on this product.
