Self-assessments

These self-assessments—courtesy of the respected experts who developed them—can help you determine some of the root causes of your chronic conditions.
  • Do you suffer from yeast overgrowth? Candida is a fungus that inhabits all areas of the body. Due to a variety of factors, Candida overgrows and overwhelms the “friendly” bacteria, causing an imbalance of intestinal flora. As Candida becomes the predominate organism in the intestinal tract, it secretes a multitude of toxins that can produce many symptoms which go beyond the digestive tract. To find out your risk, take the Candidiasis Self-assessment. If your children have taken antibiotics for childhood illnesses, take the Yeast Questionnaire for Children.

  • Are you at risk for heart disease? The American Heart Association offers an online self-assessment for heart disease risk. Take the “Learn and Live” quiz now to better understand your heart disease risk.

  • Do you think you have diabetes? This online self-assessment provided by DefeatDiabetes.org can help you assess your risk for diabetes. Take the test now.

  • Do you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep? A disruption of the body’s natural cycles may be the cause of sleep and/or mood problems. Take the Circadian Rhythm Self-assessment now.

  • Are you at risk for periodontal (gum) disease? The American Academy of Periodontology's risk assessment test will help you see if you are at risk for having or developing periodontal disease. Take the test now.

  • Are you an apple-shaped body? Studies have shown that people who have an apple-shaped body (fat around the waist) have a greater risk of heart disease than those who have a pear-shaped body (fat around the hips). In fact, waist-to-hip ratio has been shown to be a better indicator of the risk of heart disease than body mass index (BMI). To find out your risk, calculate your waist-to-hip ratio.

  • What is your body mass index (BMI)? Those who have a high BMI are at increased risk of developing heart disease.
    Find out your BMI now.

  • Do you think you have attention deficit disorder? An ADD/ADHD self-test can be used in conjunction with a full medical evaluation in order to accurately diagnose ADD/ADHD. Take the ADHD Adult Self-Screener now.

NOTE: Online self-assessments are intended to provide insight into your chronic health conditions, and should be used as points of discussion with your healthcare professional. They are not intended for self-diagnosis. In order to obtain an accurate diagnosis of any chronic condition, consult your healthcare professional, who can make a thorough evaluation of your condition(s), and recommend an accurate medical treatment plan.

I am a completely satisfied customer/fan. I ordered jigsaw for my wife who is pregnant and suffering from severe fatigue and body aches. After about a week and a half she was feeling 1000% better and needed less than 6 1/2 hours a night sleep, when before she was sleeping during the day and even at social gatherings. Thanks and God Bless!
