Does the Magnesium w/SRT® need a calcium supplement to optimize its effect?

The human body does need magnesium to fully utilize and absorb calcium into the bones and nerves. However, they do not have to be taken at the same time.

Calcium is far more plentiful in the average American diet than magnesium. And because everyone has a different diet and therefore calcium and magnesium intake, we've kept the two supplements separate so each person can adjust their calcium and magnesium supplementation seperately to fit their individual needs.
